10 inch Chef knife in AISI 1055 Carbon Steel blade, hot blued blade. Retro Pakkawood handle  and mosaic pins. I named this knife Supernova because of the stunning display of colour. A Supernova is a star that suddenly increases greatly in brightness because of a catastrophic explosion that ejects most of its mass.
